What I Found
Caesura is a pause or stoppage within a line of poetry, often made with punctuation, but sometimes made by phrasing, spacing, or the arrangement of words. It can be a hard break or a momentary hesitation.
The useful part is not the mark itself. The useful part is the pressure change. A caesura can slow the reader down, create hesitation, let a word hang, interrupt fluency, or make speech feel emotionally unable to continue smoothly.

Used In This Study?
Yes, lightly and deliberately in the poem and the lyrics. I used caesura because the work kept asking for speech that stops before it explains itself. I also used shelf techniques naturally: subtext in the story, value contrast and leading lines in the image prompt, lyric prosody in the Suno package, and tension/release in the guide track.
